Mike | Founder / Owner / CEO
Retired US Navy SEAL with over twenty years of active duty service. He spent his career on both East and West coast SEAL Teams, including a decade as a Tier-1 operator. An expert in counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency, he has participated in 14 combat deployments and over 400 missions in Afghanistan, Africa and Iraq.
REX | Chief Engineer / COO
Rex is a man of few words. He’s an engineer and has an advanced knowledge of guns and hunting.
Steve | CMO
Steve has spent his life living, traveling, and working all over the world. One day you might see him playing drums in San Diego, the next day in LA doing a photo shoot. However, most of the time he’s off the grid for months at a time to track poachers in Africa, hide out on islands in the Mediterranean and South Pacific, or disappear in South America. No one really knows what he does.
Tommy | Instructor
Retired US Army veteran with 24 years of active duty service. He has spent most of his career in direct action units, as well as some time as a Small Unit Tactics (SUT) instructor. When Tommy wasn’t exploring and visiting Middle Eastern countries, he was training on to be more proficient at his job. He has been trained in many military and civilian courses; with tactical, and technical applications for both pistol and rifle platforms .
Will | Conditioning Coach & Guide
Will grew up guiding and outfitting in Montana. When not playing rugby he enjoys long walks on the beach and steaks.
Tony | Guide
Tony has lived his entire life in Montana and could say he is a true woodsman. Advent hunter, survivalist, builder of wood, passionate gun owner, and a lover. If you’re going hunting or shooting please bring him along.
Joe | Advisor
Joe Geary has over 25 years of active service in the Army with four combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and three extended disaster responses to Hurricanes Katrina, Sandy, and Fiona. A 1998 graduate of West Point, Joe grew up on his family ranch in Helmville, Montana where he still hunts and fishes. Joe is a registered Professional Engineer with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Univ. of Notre Dame) and Masters Degrees in Engineering Management (Univ. of Missouri S&T) and National Security Studies (National Defense University).
